Employ Recruitment is recruiting HGV Class 2 Drivers – Hampshire to support ongoing multi-drop delivery contracts across the region. Current work operates from Andover, with routes covering Hampshire and surrounding counties.

If you are a Class 2 driver based in Andover, Winchester, Basingstoke, Eastleigh, Southampton, Fareham or across Hampshire, we offer structured weekday and weekend shifts with consistent PAYE pay and guaranteed hours.

PAYE Pay Rates HGV Class 2 Drivers – Hampshire

• Monday to Friday AM: £16.00 per hour
• Monday to Friday PM: £17.50 per hour
• Saturday AM: £19.00 per hour
• Saturday PM: £20.00 per hour
• Sunday AM: £20.00 per hour
• Sunday PM: £20.50 per hour

AM shifts from 04:00
PM shifts from 16:00
Rate remains fixed throughout the shift.

(In-House Payroll – No Umbrella)

The Role – HGV Class 2 Drivers – Hampshire

• PM start times approximately 16:00
• Monday to Friday rota

Container deliveries from Hampshire area including Southampton Port to customer sites
Average shift length approximately 12 hours

This role requires recent port experience and familiarity with port clearance procedures.

What We’re Looking For

• Valid HGV Class 1 (Category C+E) licence
• Minimum 2 years HGV driving experience
• Recent port experience
• Valid DCPC card
• Digital Tachograph card
• Professional, reliable attitude
• Good written and spoken English
